The Initial Payment Interaction is where ClientRock gathers the payment details to be used for billing the client for their engagement. It's part of the default onboarding workflow.
The interaction allows the client to enter their credit card or ACH information. It explains when the first payment will be made and for how much.
The Initial Payment Interaction comes by default with a 4 email sequence reminding the client to provide their payment details. These emails go out 1 hour, 1 day, 4 days, and 7 days after starting the interaction.
