With the Acknowledge Terms Interaction, you can ask a client to acknowledge terms that may be outside of the scope of a fee agreement.

This is particularly useful when you want the client to acknowledge that an attorney-client relationship hasn't been established prior to the fee agreement being signed. ClientRock will ask each client to affirm the terms that you lay out, and we'll keep a timestamped record of when those terms were acknowledged in case there's ever any dispute.

Here's a sample of what the client sees:

Keeping a paper trail

When a client acknowledges terms, ClientRock jeeps a papertrail that can be viewed inside the engagement so that you have the ability to prove acknowledgment if it's ever questioned:

Default Notifications

Form Request Interactions come by default with a 4 email sequence reminding the client to acknowledge the terms. These emails go out 1 hour, 1 day, 4 days, and 7 days after starting the interaction.

As with all interactions, if you'd like to customize the cadence or the content of these notifications, just contact our support team at [email protected] and we'd be happy to assist.
